For questions about your NuFlex™ Foundation, please call 888-550-3746. If you are a customer in Puerto Rico, please call 800-888-3078. Please have the serial number, date of purchase, or owner’s manual available when calling to expedite the handling of your specific issue.
Refer to your Simmons Warranty Card for cleaning instructions. Each mattress is different, and may require unique cleaning techniques.
Please ask your Beautyrest® dealer about the gauge of wire in each mattress they offer.
We recommend that you test beds on the retail floor to determine your personal comfort preference. Lie down on each mattress to help you decide which model is best suited to your needs. Many components make up the feel of a mattress—such as coil unit construction, foam and upholstery layers, and cover fabric. Ultimately, the Beautyrest® mattress you choose will depend on your personal preferences and the sleep benefits the model delivers. As a comparison guide, you may take note of brand class (i.e., Beautyrest® Recharge,® TruEnergy,® etc), coil unit construction, Smart Response® Pocketed Coil,® Advanced Pocketed Coil,® etc., (850 Coil Count, Alternating Cable Coil, etc.) and comfort level (firm, plush, pillow top) to help you select the appropriate Beautyrest mattress.

Please contact your local Beautyrest® dealer for delivery verification. Delivery arrangements vary by dealer and location.
Please refer to your Simmons Warranty Card for care instructions for your specific product model. If your Beautyrest® mattress is a No-Flip Design (cover fabric appears on one side of the mattress with grey or black fabric on the other side), then you will not need to flip or rotate your mattress.

Simmons Bedding Company occasionally grants trademark licenses to reputable companies, such as Louisville Bedding to manufacture products with strict quality control standards under the Simmons trademark or other prominent trademarks.

To measure your bed for the appropriate sized sheets, you will the need the gusset (or depth) measurement. To do so, you will need the following:

• Two rulers

• Yardstick (or a broom handle)
 

Begin by placing one ruler (sticking halfway out) between the mattress and the box spring. Place the yardstick (or broom handle) parallel to the ruler on top of the mattress. Now, take your other ruler and measure the space between the yardstick and ruler. That is the gusset measurement.

When you purchase your fitted sheets, be sure that the gusset measurement is the same or greater than your mattress.

Q. If I need a replacement for my mattress or foundation, will the fabric be the same as on the original purchase?

A. As stated in our limited warranty, we cannot guarantee that the fabric will match that of the existing piece. Replacement of one piece does not automatically result in the replacement of the other piece. Simmons reserves the right to substitute comparable material and models.

Q. If I purchase a mismatched product, will I have a warranty?

A. Yes, as long as the product was not purchased as an “as-is” model, distressed, or floor model/sample.

Like all other bedding manufacturers, Simmons subscribes to the International Sleep Products Association standard for bedding products. Dimension sizes are allowed ± ½” tolerance. If a “bunkie” foundation is used, it shall have the same width, length and tolerances as the finished twin size box spring. Finished sizes are measured from seam to seam on the binding tape at the centerlines of the width and length.

Q. Where can I purchase a product similar to a Simmons product I already own?

A. We recommend that you visit your local Simmons dealer and lie on each product to determine which models suits your personal needs. Ultimately, the Simmons mattress you choose will depend on your personal preferences and the sleep benefits the model delivers. Please keep in mind that a new product may feel different than the Simmons product you currently own due to changes in design and construction.

 

Q. I live in one state and saw a Simmons product I like in another state. How can I purchase that product?

A. While different retailers sell different products with different features across the country, we may be able to provide information on the model number to use in your search for a similar product in your area. Please contact us toll free at 877-399-9397 with the model number located on the law label of the product in which you are interested. The model number appears in the format MXXXXX.XX.XXXX.

 

Q. My dealer is providing a replacement. How can I be sure that it is the same construction as my current Simmons product?

A. Please provide us with the model number located on the law label from your current product and the replacement product. The model number appears in the format MXXXXX.XX.XXXX. Once we receive this information, we may be able to provide information to compare the two models. Due to product line changes, it is likely the cover fabric and other features may vary.

Q. How do I get warranty service on my Simmons bedding?

A. Please contact your dealer for assistance. If your dealer is no longer in business, no longer selling Simmons products, or you have moved from their service area, please contact Simmons Consumer Service Center at 877-399-9397.

• Proof of purchase/receipt

• Name of product from satin trade label

• Law tag information

– The model number (MXXXXX.XX.XXXX format)

– Date of manufacture

Q. What does the warranty cover?

A. The warranty on Simmons bedding is applicable to manufacturing defects only. Please refer to your limited warranty card on Beautyrest.com for coverage information, or contact Simmons Consumer Service Center at 877-399-9397

 

Q. I have moved away from my dealer. Who should I contact?

A. Please contact Simmons Consumer Service Center at 877-399-9397 for assistance. In order to validate a warranty claim, please have the following information available:

• Proof of purchase/receipt

• Name of product from satin trade label

• Law tag information

– The model number (MXXXXX.XX.XXXX format)

– Date of manufacture

– Warranty code

 

Q. Do I need to register my warranty?

A. No. To validate warranty coverage, please retain a copy of the original bill of sale, the intact model name label from the product, and law tags on the product. Please also follow the care/maintenance instructions included on the warranty card. However, we encourage you to fill out the warranty card information. This information is utilized to help us design our products to meet the needs of our consumers. We do not share your information with outside marketing organizations.

 

Q. Can I receive a refund?

A. Per the terms and guidelines of the Limited Warranty, replacement or repairs of the product are the only options available. Refunds are not available.
