Beautyrest Social Media House Rules

The Beautyrest social media channels are intended for you so that you may discuss Beautyrest products and promotions with other users. In effort to maintain a safe and comfortable environment in our social media communities, we ask them you comply with the respective social network’s terms of use and Beautyrest’s Social Media House Rules.

Beautyrest expects that users will not post any materials that fall into any of the following categories:

• Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
• Publish, post, distribute or disseminate any defamatory, profane, infringing, obscene, indecent, misleading or unlawful material or information.
• Upload or attach files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy of publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents.
• Upload or attach files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer.
• Delete any author attributions, legal notices or proprietary designations or labels in any file that is uploaded.
• Falsify the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.

 Any posts which appear to fall into any of the above categories, or which we believe are otherwise not in accordance with the terms and policies of the social media site concerned and/or which we otherwise deem inappropriate for our social media communities, will be deleted or hidden from the view of other users without prior notification and may result in you being reported to the social media site and/or banned from accessing our social media communities in the future.

 All comments, visuals, videos and other type of material posted by fans on this site do not necessarily reflect the opinions or ideals of Beautyrest, its employees or affiliates. Beautyrest does not represent or warrant the accuracy of any statement or product claims made here, is not responsible for any User Content on this site, and does not endorse any opinions expressed on this fan page. 

Should you spot any content or comments posted on our social media pages which you believe is not in accordance with either these House Rules, the terms and policies of the social media site concerned or the terms of service of the Beautyrest website (including user content which infringes or may infringe third party intellectual property rights) then please report it by sending an email to social@simmons.com. We agree to make good faith efforts to investigate any such reports and shall take such action as we decide is appropriate in the circumstances.

 Beautyrest may change the House Rules (in whole or part) at any time and without prior notification.

 Finally, please be aware that Beautyrest reserves the right to use, copy, distribute and disclose without compensation to you any content or comments that you post on our social media pages, including any ideas or information relating to Beautyrest products.
