But, could nine hours of sleep a night help improve your skin? Jessica Chou of Refinery29 admits she always looked tired. She experienced stress and an erratic sleep schedule and decided to try new sleep habits in hopes of answering her skin woes. After making a few changes to her routine and testing a new sleeping schedule for two weeks, she weighs in on the results from her mini sleeping experiment.
