White Glove Delivery

HOW IT WORKS

Most items ship in 2-4 weeks.

1. Our shipping partner will contact you about a week after you place your order to schedule a delivery date.

2. On the day of your delivery, they will set up your new mattress in the room of your choice. They will also remove your old mattress, any packaging, and a box spring (if applicable).

Customers will receive one setup and one removal per mattress ordered.

PLEASE NOTE

• We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.
• For items delivered via FedEx Ground or UPS, White Glove Delivery is not an option for delivery.
• All mattresses removed using White Glove Delivery must be in a sanitary condition.
