  • All of the Beautyrest mattresses and bases sold here are conveniently delivered using our complimentary White Glove Delivery experience. Typically, within 1 week of placing your order, you’ll be contacted by our shipping partner to select a delivery day that works best for your schedule. The day of your delivery, you’ll get a call confirming your delivery window. Upon delivery, they will set up your new mattress and remove your old mattress and any packaging for that mattress.  Most items ship in 2-4 weeks. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.

  • Your base purchase includes a 100-Night In-Home Trial. If, at any point during your trial, you are unhappy with your Beautyrest foundation, simply reach out to us and we will help you initiate a return and receive a full refund of your purchase.

A box spring provides a solid, stable surface for your mattress. Always check with the mattress manufacturer’s website, look at what type of mattress you own, and any warranty details before adding a box spring to your sleep space.

Can I use this box spring foundation on the floor?

While it is OK to use a box spring on the floor, it is recommended to place on a bed frame. 

What heights does this foundation come in? And which one should I choose?

The flat foundations are available in 9” and 5.5” profile heights. Consider the height of your mattress when paired with a high or low profile foundation. Depending on your bedroom and sleep set up you may want to have less height or more height added to your mattress from top to bottom.

Can I use this foundation with an adjustable bed frame?

No, it cannot bend and is made for bed frames that are meant to stay flat.

What is the difference between the Beautyrest Mattress Foundation and the Beautyrest Black Mattress Foundation?

The two foundations function the same. The biggest difference between the foundations is the fabric covering. The Beautyrest Black Mattress Foundation is designed to perfectly match the beds in Beautyrest Black® Collection, while the Beautyrest Mattress Foundation pairs with the Beauty Sleep®, Beautyrest®, and Beautyrest® World Class™ Collections.

Will this foundation work with any mattress?

The Beautyrest Black Mattress Foundation is designed to pair with all quilted innerspring and smooth-top hybrid mattresses within the Beautyrest Black® Collection.

Do I have to use a Beautyrest base or foundation with my Beautyrest mattress?

Beautyrest mattresses and foundations are often sold as a set because they are designed to pair together, and we can confirm their compatibility during quality tests. However, you are not required to use a Beautyrest foundation with your Beautyrest mattress. And if the foundation you currently are using is in good shape and uses consistent support it should pair just fine with your Beautyrest mattress.
